My Current Teaching Schedule:

Monday 7am, Power Yoga (Moxie Mission)
Tuesday 6am, Vinyasa Yoga (Cardio-Tone 24th St)
Wednesday 7am, Power Yoga (Moxie Mission)
Thursday 6am, Vinyasa Yoga (Cardio-Tone 24th St)
Friday 11am, Yoga for Mamas (Cardio-Tone Church St)
Sunday 9am, Moxie Fundamentals (Moxie Nob Hill)
Sunday 11am, Power Yoga (Moxie Nob Hill)

Classes are held at Moxie Yoga Fitness in the Mission and Nob Hill, and at Cardiotone in Noe Valley
